For the cone
- Alpahar little millets(bhagar) - 100g
- Rajgira flour - 100g
- Sabudana flour - 3tsp
- Arrarot. - 1tsp
- Sendha namak - according to taste
- Black pepper powder - 1/2tsp
- Water - to knead dough
- Oil - for frying
For the filling
- Sliced Carrots - 2
- Sliced Paneer - 200g
- Sliced Cucumber - 1
- Sliced Apple - 1
- Fixely Chopped Green Chilli - 1
- Foxnut Seeds (Makhana) - 50g
- Cashewnut - 10g
- Raisins - 10g
According to taste
- Lemon juice
- Black salt
- Rock salt
- Roasted cumin powder
For garnish
- Sama Sev
- Green coriander
- Pomegranate seeds

Procedure:
Method
- Sieve all the flours together
- Add rock salt & black pepper powder & mix
- Knead a thick dough with water
- Roll it like a chapati
- Slightly grease the cone
- Make thin strips of chapati & roll them on cone
- Heat the oil & deep fry the cones till golden brown
- Take them out on a tissue & let them cool
- Remove the cones
For filling
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Add salts, cumin powder, lemon juice & mix well
- Fill them in fried cones
- Garnish with pomegranate, coriander leaves & sev
- Serve these colorful guldasta to your guest
