Sabu ke lal papad
Soak the sachasabu sabudana in water for half and hour. Rinse the water from sabudana and spread the sabudana wide on a plate overnight. Next day morning, take a big bowl and mash the boiled potatos and mix sabudana in it. Add salt ,red chilly powder ,cumin seeds and grinded green chilly in it. Mix all this and make it a dough of papad. Now take some oil in hands and start making small balls of it. Now take a Puri ki machine and place a 2 polythenes on it. Apply some oil on both the ploythenes and place a small ball of dough in between those polythenes and make small puri of it. Do this with all doughs and then place all the puris under sun for 4 days untill they are completely dry so that it became a papad.
Now Fry these papad in oil and decorate it with mango powder and some fresh corriander leaves.
Your delicious all time snack is ready for serving.
