Sabudana-Bhagar Dhokla

INGREDIENTS Sabudana- 1 cup, Bhagar- 1 cup, Peanuts-1/2 cup, Curd- 2tbsp, Oil-11/2 tsp , Salt- one tsp/as per taste, Green chilli- 1, soda-1/2 tsp  
Procedure:

Soak sabudana and Bhagar for half an hour

Grind the soaked sabudana,Bhagar, one green chilli and raw peanuts to a fine batter.

Mix 2 tablespoon curd  for smooth grinding and for fermentation.

Leave it for four to five hours.

After 5 hours, add cooking oil and salt to the mixture.

Next add cooking soda and stir it contiuously in a clockwise direction

Spread the batter in a wide dish and steam it for 10min.

Season it with cumin seeds and coriander leaves.

Serve it with green chutney/curd

Notes:
Use sachasabu sabudana and Bhagar for best reults.
